At Baum Realty Group, I created a full spectrum of marketing collateral—including brochures, large‑scale signage, social‑media graphics, and targeted email campaigns—each tailored to the unique needs of our properties. By partnering with brokers, stakeholders, and our creative director, I ensured every piece met brand standards and kept audiences engaged.


Social Media

Producing social‑media content for Instagram and LinkedIn was fast‑paced and rewarding. In addition to daily property highlights, I worked with our team to develop posts for high‑profile listings, industry insights, company achievements and holidays. Each asset captured Baum Realty’s voice and resonated with our audience.


Infographics

One of the largest projects I collaborated on was a deluxe offering flyer for Wicker Park’s iconic Flat Iron Arts Building. In conjunction with the design vision of the Creative Director and our mapping team I built two custom maps. One to highlight nearby residential and commercial projects being developed, the other illustrating the site’s vibrant retail and dining corridor. The polished, data-rich flyer won a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in the Marketing Material category.


Premium Flyers

Designing both standard and premium flyers was a collaborative process that showcased each property’s distinctive charm. Every flyer came with its own constraints, limited information, variable photography, or tight deadlines, yet overcoming those challenges was as exciting as it was rewarding. Clean, engaging layouts brought every property story to life.

Email Blasts

When a property hit the market, I repurposed flyer assets into cohesive email blasts with clear calls to action. Daily sends demanded both efficiency and creativity, and the consistent visual system kept Baum Realty’s brand front and center while driving interest and engagement.

Large Scale Signage

Creating large‑scale signage required balancing bold visuals with clear information hierarchy. From concept to installation, I coordinated with vendors and internal teams to ensure every sign stood out, reinforced brand identity, and delivered key property details at a glance.
